Further the internal Security Department is responsible for verification and
background checks on services records of each employee.
Before deployment,
it is mandatory for all employees to undergo a basic Security Training
Course which is the necessary skill to perform duties.
In addition to
lessons on basic guarding skills, they are taught the rudiments of First
Aid, Fire Fighting and Self Defence.

The training process is
ongoing and
progressive throughout the employee career to refresh and further develop
their knowledge.
We also realize
that supervision is equally important in order to provide quality service.
In this regard, we have a strong operations team comprising of managers,
inspectors and patrol supervisors, who are constantly checking on our
assignments.
Selected Personnel have to compulsorily undergo training at our own training
centre and pass out courses for designed ranks.
